Big in Japan

Just kidding, I’m definitely not.

But I did want to feature this amazing bomber with Japanese inspired artwork that I’ve added to my closet! On my recent trip to New York my feet directed me right into Top Shop on 5th Ave and guiding me to this jacket. My love for bombers has grown immensely over the past year, which is why I haven’t stopped wearing this one since I bought it.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet so you can rush out and get yours too!

This silk bomber is not only fabulous but versatile. Since the material is so elegant and classy and the design is detailed and bold, this bomber can be done with almost anything in your closet. Dress it up or dress it down for any occasion at any time! The detailed artwork is so carefully placed on the jacket to give it a vintage yet trendy look. With bombers on trend now you can’t go wrong with adding one to your collection.

Some of my favourite looks with this jacket are with a slip-style black dress with booties or a plain white t, distressed boyfriend jeans and my fave runners. Another great thing about this jacket is that it is reversible. Yes, you heard me right, it’s actually a 2-in-1 kinda jacket, which is how I justified buying it. Although I prefer black because it’s safe, the royal blue is daring and when I’m feeling ferocious I’ll switch it up with black high-waisted skinnies and strappy heels.

But in all fairness this jacket is worth every penny, or should I say nickel now?
