It might not have been our coldest winter, but it’s definitely been chilly. Just because the temperature drops doesn’t mean we can toss aside our impeccable style. Whoever said style and practicality don’t mix clearly didn’t know much!
This #OOTD is a complete TopShop look that not only is red hot…(sorry I had to) but perfect for that typical Canadian chilly day.
It was love at first sight when I laid my eyes on this Quilted Puffer Jacket. The colour, satin finish and fit is super casual, ideal for everyday while being really warm and comfortable. Of course I couldn’t resist this Metallica Nibble T-Shirt by And Finally.I love a good vintage band tee, especially this one with the perfect amount of distress.
It’s no secret that the only jeans I wear are from TopShop. The fit and feel are perfect for my body and lifestyle. They look great, feel even better and make me forget that I’m even wearing jeans-which to me is the best part about them. These Jamie’s with the uneven hem are a great substitute for your everyday black skinnies.
And lastly, let’s talk about these booties! These Maggie Suede Flared Heel Booties are literally fire! I normally wouldn’t opt for such a bold shoe but there was something about these that made me forget that. I really really love how the heel of the boot widens towards the bottom, gives the shape of the boot a really modern feel, kinda 70s- so of course I LOVE THAT (Disco Diva at heart). Matching shoes to a jacket is an easy touch to complete an outfit, but when the colour is this bold it’s more of a statement!
Did you notice my phone case and think ouuuu I like that? Obviously you did! This satin finish case by Richmond & Finch has a nautical feel and works incredibly perfect with this #OOTD. But there’s plenty more where this one came from!
If you’re into unique yet simplistic cases head on over to Richmond & Finch and find the perfect case for you. When you find one you need to have, be sure to use my promo code “allyscarlato.gmb20” to get 20% off your entire purchase!
